WHAT WE'RE
FIGHTING FOR
It’s time to recognize the forgotten people of the Bronx. Those who have been unable to access economic mobility and are prevented from living in dignity. We must set the City on a sustainable course that involves citizens in solutions that preserve neighborhoods and maintains them as wholesome places to live and thrive.
FIGHTING FOR
JOBS&
JUSTICE
The hard-working people of New York deserve a contract - a guarantee - that our government ensures everybody has access to a home, a job with a living wage, and an education. These are the ingredients of a dignified life.

Coupled with investments in our infrastructure, environment, and health, we can build a more vital city that expands opportunities for all New Yorkers. Our priorities are clear. We need to establish policies that can have life-changing effects on the unemployed and those currently earning poverty wages.

Our notion of justice is rooted in the equity of our communities. Fair land use, climate action, and criminal justice reform all bear the same weight on our overall public health. Our dignity, our health, our liberation will be achieved when we understand the nuances that link our policy demands together.

A Public Option
for Jobs
New Yorkers deserve a dignified wage. We must make bold investments in our workforce to build a sustainable future through a municipal jobs guarantee.
Quality
Education
Our education system needs to be expanded so that students can thrive, and teachers have access to resources. We need to fully fund our public schools and pay extra attention to the ones in our most low-income neighborhoods.
A New Deal
for CUNY
The Greatest Urban University in the World can deliver the greatest education.
Housing
for All
Amid a housing crisis, New Yorkers need housing that is affordable and accessible.
Restoring
Justice
Our criminal justice system needs to be improved - we must reprioritize our budget, refine our police force, and expand restorative solutions.
Modernize Land
Use
We need to change the top-down nature of the ULURP process to empower our communities.
Empowering
Small Businesses
Small Businesses support our communities, and it’s up to us to provide the resources to help their ability to succeed.
Moving
New York
Our transportation has become old and strained. It’s time to reinvest in the most extensive public transit system and keep New York moving.
Domestic Violence Action Plan
Domestic Violence is a rising threat to New Yorkers and is a public health issue. Bronxites, especially women of color, suffer the most, with the highest intimate partner homicides.
A Healthy City
Affordable healthcare, expanded services for our aging communities, and access to healthy food can transform our City’s health.
Expanding Our Democracy
We must raise our voice and amplify our communities’ demands by expanding our Democracy to ensure we all have the power to make a change.
Animal
Rights
Animal rights are rooted in the same ideals of social justice - that every living creature deserves respect and dignity.
A Green
Bronx
The greenest borough deserves the greenest solutions. Climate change is a reality that we all must work to combat.
Equality for
All
The security of marginalized communities is integral to the growth of our city’s diversity.
Disability
Equity
Accessibility is a human right. The path to a dignified life includes expanding disability equity.
EBT Expansion &
Food Scarcity
In district 15, over half of single mothers with children are living in poverty. Working with partners to expand EBT/Snap benefits is crucial to their survival.
